• Video Content: Videos you upload for subtitle processing. Files are stored temporarily and associated with your account.
• Usage Data: Processing minutes used, languages selected, export formats chosen, and feature interactions.
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
• Payment Information: Subscription billing is handled by Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Processing your videos and generating subtitles using AI models
• Translating subtitles into your selected target languages
• Managing your account, subscription, and usage quotas
• Sending transactional emails (account creation, password reset, subscription updates)
• Improving our AI models and service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure using industry-standard security:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

Uploaded videos are retained for 30 days after processing unless you delete them earlier from your project list.

4. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI Whisper: Used for automatic speech recognition on our backend servers. We do not share your data directly with OpenAI.
• Qwen-MT (Alibaba Cloud): Used for neural machine translation via our backend servers.
• Google Play: Handles subscription billing. Google's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use reputable cloud providers with encrypted data centers for hosting and processing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share data only:

• With service providers assisting our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)
• If required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights
• In connection with a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to users)
