1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Service Description

SubFlow AI provides AI-powered video subtitle generation and translation services, allowing users to:

• Upload video files for automatic speech recognition and subtitle generation
• Translate generated subtitles into 99+ languages
• Edit, customize, and export subtitles as SRT files or embedded MP4 videos
• Manage projects and subtitle files through the app interface

3. Free and Pro Plans

Unused processing minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.

4. Subscription Terms

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($95.88/year). All billing is processed through Google Play.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests can be submitted through Google Play.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

You agree NOT to use SubFlow AI to process content that:

• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal content including child exploitation material
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to third parties
• Circumventing usage limits, subscription checks, or access controls
• Interfering with the Service's servers, networks, or security systems

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI-generated subtitles or translations
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service
• Compatibility with all video formats or device configurations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
